GacoFlex U92 UV-Resistant Urethane Roof & Deck White Top Coat – 18.9 Litre Drum.

GacoFlex U92 is a UV-stable urethane top coat designed to provide lasting weather protection and a reflective white finish as part of the GacoFlex U9 roof and deck system. Applied over GacoFlex U91, it creates a durable finishing layer with excellent adhesion and colour retention.

This single-component, moisture-curing aliphatic urethane complements the tough waterproofing body provided by U91, protecting the system against weathering and UV exposure. Its highly reflective white finish is suitable for specified roof and deck applications, including areas subject to traffic.

With a low VOC content of less than 50 g/L, GacoFlex U92 is supplied in an 18.9 litre pail.

Key Features

  • UV-resistant protection: Aliphatic urethane formulation provides excellent weatherability and colour retention.
  • Single-component coating: Moisture-curing formulation with no separate hardener to mix.
  • Excellent adhesion to U91: Designed as the finishing coat over GacoFlex U91.
  • Reflective white finish: Provides a bright, highly reflective surface.
  • Durable system finish: Suitable for roof and deck applications subject to traffic, when installed to the appropriate system specification.
  • Low VOC: Contains less than 50 g/L of volatile organic compounds.

Typical Uses

GacoFlex U92 is primarily used as the top coat over GacoFlex U91 within the GacoFlex U9 urethane roof and deck system.

It can also be applied to aged galvanised metal, provided the surface has been correctly prepared and primed with a suitable GacoFlex epoxy primer.

GacoFlex U92 provides the UV-resistant finish for the GacoFlex U9 roof coating system. Apply over GacoFlex U91 Urethane Base Coat, using GacoFlex H.E.R. Polyurethane Roof Sealant for seams, flashings and roof penetrations.

Do not apply GacoFlex U92 over silicone coatings.

Please advise us before dispatch of any access restrictions, road closures or other circumstances that could prevent or delay delivery. Delivery vehicles may range from small vans to rigid and large articulated HGVs. We cannot control which vehicle is allocated to your order.

We strongly recommend that you do not schedule roofing works until your order has been received in full and checked.
Checking Your Delivery

Please inspect your order on arrival. Any visible damage should be recorded on the delivery paperwork, and any damaged items must be reported to our office within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the packaging and affected products will help us resolve the matter promptly.

Tins may occasionally become dented or distorted during transport. Cosmetic dents do not normally affect the contents or their suitability for use, provided the tin remains sealed and intact, we would not normally refund or exchange. If a tin is split, leaking, open or has a damaged seal, please report it as a damaged item.
