Featuring a double pantile profile, the Mendip tile provides a visually appealing finish suitable for a wide range of residential and commercial roofing projects.
Designed for performance as well as aesthetics, the standard Marley Mendip tile can be installed on roof pitches as low as 15° when using smooth finish tiles, making it suitable for many new build and refurbishment projects. The strong concrete construction delivers excellent durability and weather resistance, while the interlocking design ensures efficient installation and dependable protection against the elements.

Delivery Information
Delivery and Collection Information for Concrete Roof Tiles and Fittings.
At All Flat Roofing Supplies Ltd, we ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your Roof Tiles and Fittings across the UK through our trusted pallet courier partners. Below are the key details regarding delivery and collection options:
Delivery Details
Lead Time: Standard delivery takes 3–14 working days, subject to stock availability.
Delivery Method: Pallets are delivered via tail lift and pump truck, unloaded onto hard, smooth, and level surfaces (kerbside delivery only).
Local Deliveries: For customers in our local area, delivery may be arranged using our own fleet, including vehicles with crane offloading capability for added convenience.
Road and Vehicle Restrictions
To ensure your delivery runs smoothly, please notify us in advance of any road, height, weight, or vehicle access restrictions that could affect the delivery process.
If we are not informed of such restrictions and the delivery vehicle is unable to complete the delivery, this will be classified as an aborted delivery. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to apply additional charges for:
Re-delivery.
A change in vehicle type.
Haulier storage costs.
Please also note that if the delivery driver deems the delivery location unsafe or unsuitable, the same conditions will apply.

Breakage Policy
Breakage Allowance: We recommend ordering 10% extra tiles to account for handling or transit damages. Breakages up to this percentage will not be replaced or refunded.
Reporting Breakages
All damages must be recorded and signed for on the delivery note and reported to us in writing within four working days of receipt. Damages exceeding 10% are assessed at the manager’s discretion.
Collection Service
Collection is available for this range of roof tiles; however, please note that these are non-stocked items at our depot. This means your order will need to be collected by us or delivered to our depot by the manufacturer before collection can be arranged.
As a result, additional lead time and costs may apply. Please contact us for further details on availability, timelines, and any associated charges before placing your order.
Important Note on Shipping
To minimize damage, we do not send roof tiles or fittings via parcel post. All orders are shipped exclusively through pallet networks to ensure safe and secure transit.
