WonderBuilds VB 600 SELF is designed for use as a high performance vapour barrier, and is ideal for use on either metal profiled or plywood decking and in areas prone to increased temperatures and moisture levels (e.g. factories, swimming pools, gyms).

This high performing VCL is widely used in many applications in construction and roofing.

VB600 is a cold-applied, self-adhesive vapour control layer. VB600 is coated with a high quality SBS modified bitumen. The aluminium lined, foil face vapour control layer helps to control condensation and ensure optimum performance of roofing system components.

VB600 needs to be installed on a dry surface free of any oil, fat, dust and other impurities. Technoelast vapour control layer must be installed in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and, the relevant national standards, including BS 8217:2005.

SA Primer is a critical part of the system and must be used in conjunction with VB600 to all substrates. Giving a full bond to both substrates and detailing areas.

Delivery Information

This Roofing felt is delivered directly to your chosen location by our network courier partners typically with in 2 - 4 working days.

Deliveries will be completed on a variety of large HGV vehicles which may include Extra Large Articulated HGV Vehicles. Please consider any restrictions close to your location that may impede or stop your delivery from taking place. Please notify us in advance of any restrictions that you feel could be an issue to avoid any potential delays or additional charges being applied.

The rolls will be placed on timber pallets and offloaded by a pallet truck and tail lift to the roadside only.

Please note that on all small orders of roofing felts rolls made be laid down on their sides to enable safe transportation of the product. This will not effect the final quality or performance of the roofing felt but some flattening will occur whilst these are laid down.

We strongly recommend refraining from booking, scheduling, or commencing any works until you've received your complete materials order. Your satisfaction and seamless project execution are our top priorities.
