Delivery Information

Velux products are shipped directly to you by Velux. Most items arrive within three working days, but this depends on stock availability and your location. Some window sizes and locations may have longer lead times. To find out the estimated delivery time for your chosen item, please contact us, and we'll get in touch with Velux for you. The delivery lead time will be confirmed once your order is placed.

Please be aware that your order may arrive in multiple deliveries and not necessarily all at once. Each part of your order may be delivered separately.

Frame Size and Hole in Roof Size Description:

External Frame Size: This is the outer measurement of the window frame. It's important to note that this is the size of the frame itself, not the size of the hole needed in your flat roof.

Hole in Roof Size: This refers to the Maximum size of the opening that needs to be made in your roof to accommodate the chosen frame size. These two dimensions are different and it is your responsibility to check this prior to ordering your flat roof window. Please contact us if you need further advise or clarification.
