The Ubbink UB62 In-line Roof Tile Vent is a high performing solution designed specifically for large format flat roof tiles with no profile. Whether you're working with Redland Mini Stonewold, Marley Modern, Sandtoft Calderdale, Russell Grampian, or Crest Planum tiles, the UB62 ensures discreet, effective roof ventilation without disrupting the roofline.

With a 15,000mm² free vent area, this vent is perfect for high or low-level ventilation, including use near firewalls or compartmentalised roof spaces. It also serves as a substitute for traditional eaves, dry ridge, or abutment ventilation methods, all while maintaining a clean, modern look.

Built to last with injection moulded construction and a vermin/insect-proof grille, the UB62 works on pitched roofs of 25° or more. For added versatility, a stepped adaptor (sold separately) allows for mechanical extraction or connection to soil pipes.
