With a large 22,000mm² free vent area, it’s perfect for both high and low-level roof void ventilation, helping to prevent condensation and ensure healthy air circulation. When used in conjunction with a felt sleeve and stepped adaptor, the UB19 can also be adapted for mechanical extraction or soil vent pipe applications, giving you versatile functionality from a single vent unit.

Manufactured from robust injection-moulded materials, the UB19 offers long-term durability in all weather conditions. Available in Anthracite, Red, or Sepia to blend seamlessly with your roof finish.
