The Ubbink UB19 Hooded Roof Tile Vent is roof tile vent designed specifically for Redland 49, Marley Ludlow Plus, Sandtoft Standard Pattern, Forticrete V2 and similar concrete roof tiles. The UB19 provides effective high or low-level roof void ventilation while maintaining a clean, traditional roofline.

Manufactured using durable injection-moulded construction, the UB19 offers a generous 22,000mm² free vent area, helping to reduce condensation and improve airflow within pitched roof structures. It is suitable for a wide range of roof finishes and installs on roof pitches from 20° and above.

For added versatility, the UB19 can be converted into a soil or mechanical ventilation terminal when you purchase the additional felt sleeve and stepped adaptor (50544180), making it ideal for both natural and mechanical extraction applications.

Available in Anthracite Grey, Sepia Brown, or Red, the UB19 blends seamlessly with existing roof tiles for a tidy and professional finish.
