Ubbink OFT2 Flat Roof Void Breather Vent or Mushroom Vent.

The OFT2 Breather Vent has a 110mm diameter pipe which is capped at the top to provide protection from the weather and rain. The vent offers a large free vent area with a low Pascal resistance figure. The weather cap is mechanically fixed through the vent which provides a very secure fixing point allowing to withstand extreme weather and winds. The cap can also be removed quite easily to provide access for routine maintenance and cleaning if required.

The OFT2 is suitable for flat roof situations that utilise the following waterproofing systems: Bitumen Based felts, Torch On felts, Asphalt or GRP Roofing Systems. The vent is easily installed by cutting a hole through the roof deck, place the vent over and through the hole and simply secure in place and install the weatherproof coatings as per the roof systems manufacturers installation guidelines.
