The Thin Leading Edge Concrete Roof Tile Vent is designed specifically for non-profile, thin leading edge concrete roof tiles. Ideal for both new builds and refurbishment projects, this vent provides effective airflow while maintaining a neat and discreet roofline.
Suitable for a wide range of popular tile profiles including Marley Edgemere, Redland Richmond, Sandtoft TLE & Danum, Russell Galloway, Logan Elite and Condron Senior, this vent replaces a single roof tile for a clean and professional installation.
Designed for multiple applications, it can be used to ventilate roof spaces and voids, as well as connect to soil vent pipes and mechanical extraction systems such as bathroom and kitchen fans using the included 110mm pipe adaptor.
Manufactured from high impact, UV stabilised styrene, this vent is built to withstand long-term exposure to the UK’s varying weather conditions.
