Silverseel GRP Roofing Topcoat Paint and Catalyst.
The SilverSeel System has been rigorously tested and approved to meet the exacting specifications of fire resistance (BS476 Part 3 FAB), ensuring compliance with building control requirements for flat roofing.
Select from our two versatile size options: 5kg and 20kg, both adorned in a sleek dark grey BS18B25 colour finish.
Silverseel topcoat is specifically manufacturered for GRP roofing systems. When used with Silverseel resin it meets BS476 part 3 AB external fire test specification. Contains UV stabilising chemicals to keep its colour and finish for longer. Coverage 500-600g per m2 (approx).
A monolithic (seamless) membrane that stands up against the harshest elements. Resistant to UV rays, heat, weathering, and foot traffic, it's the ideal solution for balconies, walkways, and beyond.
We also supply Metrodeck as a complete roofing kit.
The Silverseel GRP Topcoat Paint comes with a Catalyst included as standard. You can select which Catalyst you require.
- SLOW - 20°C +
- STANDARD - 12 to 20°C
- FAST - 5 to 12°C
The speed of catalyst you need depends on your working temperature.
NOTE: this is a guide, as other factors, such as direct sunlight, can also affect cure speed.
