The Non-Profile Concrete Roof Tile Vent with 110mm Pipe Adaptor is for flat interlocking concrete roof tiles with no profile. Ideal for ventilating roof spaces, voids, and soil vent pipes, this tile vent can also be connected to mechanical extraction systems such as bathroom and kitchen extractor fans.
Designed to replace a single roof tile, this vent provides an effective and discreet way to introduce airflow while maintaining the integrity and appearance of the roof. Suitable for roof pitches from 22.5°, it delivers a free ventilation area of 10,000mm², helping to prevent condensation build-up and improve overall roof performance.
This non-profile vent is compatible with a wide range of flat concrete tiles including Marley Modern, Marley Duo Modern, Redland Mini Stonewold, Sandtoft Calderdale, Russell Grampian and Russell Highland.
Manufactured from high impact, UV stabilised styrene, the vent is built to withstand long-term exposure to the elements. An external grille with 4mm spacing helps prevent the ingress of wind-driven rain, debris, insects and vermin, while internal drainage channels safely direct any water out onto the tiles below.
Supplied complete with a 110mm pipe adaptor, the vent allows for easy connection to flexible ducting for mechanical extraction systems. An integrated clip ensures a secure and reliable fit within the roof covering.
