Metrodeck GRP Fibreglass Gel Topcoat Paint and Catalyst.
Metrodeck Topcoat is designed and manufactured specifically for GRP Metrodeck roofing systems and when combined with Metrodeck resin, it meets the rigorous BS476 Part 3 AA external fire test specification, ensuring exceptional fire resistance and safety.
The topcoat formulation incorporates flexible additives that combat thermal expansion, allowing your roof to withstand varying temperatures without compromising its integrity.
Metrodeck GRP Topcoat paint is available in two great colour finishes. Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 or Dark Admiralty Grey BS18B25 in 20Ltr or 5Ltr Drums.
Typical coverage range of 500-600g per m² (approximately), you can confidently apply the topcoat, knowing that you're getting consistent and reliable results.
We also supply Metrodeck as a complete roofing kit.
The Metrodeck GRP Topcoat comes with a Catalyst included as standard. You can select which Catalyst you require.
- SLOW - 20°C+
- STANDARD - 12 to 20°C
- FAST - 5 to 12°C
The speed of catalyst you need depends on your working temperature.
NOTE: this is a guide, as other factors, such as direct sunlight, can also affect cure speed.
