Delivery Information

Our EPDM Roofing items are delivered to all Mainland UK postcode regions on a 1 to 3 working days basis. Scottish highlands and UK Islands will take a little longer, typically up to 5 working days.

Please be aware that your order may arrive in multiple deliveries and not necessarily all at once. Each part of your order may be delivered separately.

Metal Wall Chase Trim, the premium solution for ensuring waterproof junctions at EPDM roof upstand abutments. This trim is used to fit seamlessly atop upstand wall abutments, creating an impermeable seal that shields against leaks and moisture infiltration.

Designed with simplicity in mind, installation is a breeze. Cut a chase slot into the wall to accommodate the metal trim, then apply sealant or mortar to secure a watertight seal. When paired with lap sealant, it forms a robust waterproof junction, ideal for upstands or wall junctions. Additionally, it doubles as a gutter drip trim for metal edge installations, offering versatile functionality whether top or side fixed with the included screws.

For wall upstand applications, the membrane is effortlessly integrated into the wall or upstand using the wall trim. Note that an angle grinder is required to create a channel in brickwork or render for installation.
