Memtec EMF Dark Grey Loose Laid Mechanically fixed PVC Single Ply Membrane is secured using screws, washers and or thermally broken tube washers. All overlaps and joints are Hot Air welded using a suitable Hot Air Welding gun.

Mesh reinforcement provides maximum dimensional stability both crosswise and lengthwise. UV Resistant, Vapour Permeable, Light weight and fast to install by suitably trained roofing contractors. The finish RAL colour of the membrane is RAL 7012. 

Available in two size rolls 1.05m x 20m x 1.5mm thick, 2.1m x 20m x 1.5mm thick and complete with a 20 Year Materials Only Guarantee and a BBA Certificate which certifies a Long-Life Span in Excess of 35 Years!

For Upstands and any Detail work you can use either Memtec EMF or Memtec EBM Fully Adhered Membrane. We have small Cover Strap Rolls of EMF and EBM, 200mm x 20mm each.

Perimeters will need to be finished correctly and mechanically restrained using Metal Drip Edges or Peel stop bar beneath a vertical upstand.

A full range of Plate Washers, Thermally Broken Tube Washers and Screw Fixings are available to complete the installation

Memtec Vertical Rainwater Outlets and Chutes which will allow for water drainage from the roof area are available to purchase.

Memtec Decarib PVC Standing Seam Profile which is hot air welded to the membrane to create the look of a metal standing seam roofing system and adds an aesthetically pleasing look.

Important Information:

To successfully install Memtec PVC Single Ply Membranes, extensive training and on-site guidance for a minimum of 12 months, along with costly specialized tools, are prerequisites. This product is not suitable for DIY enthusiasts or roofing/building contractors lacking adequate experience. Any errors stemming from inexperienced installation can nullify product warranties.
