Free Delivery

- Lead time: Typically 3–5 working days.

Access & Restrictions:
Please tell us before dispatch about any access limits (low bridges, weight limits, narrow lanes, timed zones, height/width restrictions, no parking, etc.). If a delivery can’t be completed due to unadvised restrictions, it may need to be rearranged with a different vehicle/date. Failed or rescheduled deliveries will incur additional charges.
Damages:
You must inspect on arrival. Note any damage on the delivery note and inform us at the point of delivery. Claims made later without notation may not be accepted.
Returns
- Return period: Within 14 days of delivery.
- Authorisation: Contact us first for return instructions and the correct return address.
- Where to return: Do not return items to our depot. Returns sent to our depot will have to be forwarded to the correct address and will incur additional fees.
- Return carriage: Paid by the customer. We can arrange collection (chargeable) or you may use your own insured carrier.
- Condition: Goods must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in original packaging.
- Fees: Restocking fees apply to all returns. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
