Manthorpe GTV-PT Inline Plain Tile Roof Vent, designed for seamless integration, this in-line roof tile ventilator effectively prevents condensation build-up and facilitates the termination of mechanical extraction or soil stacks through a plain tiled roof—all while preserving the aesthetic of your roofline.

The Manthorpe Plain Tile Vent provides effective ventilation for lofts and void spaces, as well as mechanical extraction for kitchens and bathrooms. To connect a flexible pipe or ducting, an additional adaptor (sold separately) is required for attachment to the rear of the vent.

Compatibility & Finishes:

This vent is suitable for most concrete and clay plain tiles from leading UK and Irish manufacturers. However, it is not compatible with interlocking plain tiles—for this application, we recommend the Interlocking Plain Tile Vent.
