The LRS RapidRoof Catalyst is a crucial component designed to accelerate the curing process of PMMA products within the RapidRoof range. Each 300g container is specifically formulated to activate up to 15kg of base product, ensuring a quick and efficient cure.

All RapidRoof products are two-part systems, consisting of a base product and this catalyst. Once mixed, you have up to 20 minutes to apply the catalysed product to your desired area. For optimal results, it’s recommended to decant only the amount that can be applied within 10 minutes, minimizing waste and ensuring you have enough product for your project.

To avoid rapid curing due to excess heat generated during the catalysing process, it's best to pour the product directly onto the application surface. This ensures a consistent application and helps maintain the integrity of the coating.
