Repair roof cracks, seams and awkward details with GacoPatch Silicone Roof Patch, a thick, flashing-grade silicone repair compound that provides flexible waterproof protection. Available in Black, Grey and White, it is supplied in a 7.6 litre pail.
GacoPatch has a thick, caulk-like consistency, making it suitable for localised repairs around roof penetrations, gutter seams, rain collars and membrane defects. In most cases, it can be applied in a single application without separate reinforcement, primer or topcoat, helping to reduce preparation time and material costs.
Containing no asphalt or acrylic, GacoPatch remains permanently flexible, including under ponding water. Its UV-stable formulation offers excellent colour retention and resistance to chalking and cracking.

GacoPatch is designed for localised roof repairs, including surface cracks, gutter seams, membrane pinholes, roof penetrations, rain collars and lifted membrane laps known as fish-mouths. It can also be used as a pitch pan filler.
Does GacoPatch need a primer, reinforcement or topcoat?
In most cases, GacoPatch can be applied in a single application without a separate primer, reinforcement or topcoat. Only White GacoPatch should be used over asphaltic surfaces.
What sizes and colours are available?
GacoPatch is supplied in 7.6 litre pails, in Black, Grey and White. One pail treats approximately 38 linear metres, depending on the width and depth of the repair and the surface condition.
