Built to UNI EN 1451-1 standards, the top drain features a 110mm outlet that connects easily to both bell and spigot jointed pipes without the need for adhesives — making installation faster and cleaner.
With a wide 333mm circular flange, built-in seal rings, and pre-drilled fastening holes, this top drain delivers a strong, watertight connection to your waterproofing membrane.

We offer delivery of our EPDM roofing products to all Mainland UK postcode regions on a 1 to 5 working day basis. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, please allow up to 7 working days.
Please note:
Orders may arrive in multiple deliveries and not necessarily all at the same time. Each part of your order may be shipped separately.
To avoid any delays or complications, we strongly advise against booking or beginning any roofing work until your entire order has been delivered and checked.
Important Delivery Information
To ensure smooth delivery, please inform us of any access restrictions at your delivery location, such as weight limits, height barriers, or parking constraints. Failure to do so may result in delayed or cancelled deliveries and could incur additional charges.
All deliveries are kerbside only, to firm, level ground, and are made at the driver's discretion.
Collection from Our Depot
We hold limited stock of certain items at our depot, including:
3.05m, 4.58m, and 6.1m rolls of EPDM (1.2mm thickness)
A selection of trims, tapes, and adhesives
