The FlexiProof EPDM Termination Patch is a high-performance uncured flashing tape designed to seal and waterproof EPDM membrane termination points. Measuring 300mm x 225mm, this flexible patch is ideal for finishing membrane edges on the back, left and right of extensions, as well as side terminations.
Manufactured from premium EPDM material, the patch is highly adaptable and easily moulded to suit irregular shapes, corners and detailing areas. Once applied, it self-cures to form a strong, durable and watertight seal, helping to protect vulnerable cut edges of EPDM membranes.
This termination patch is an essential component for achieving a professional and long-lasting EPDM installation.

We offer delivery of our EPDM roofing products to all Mainland UK postcode regions on a 1 to 5 working day basis. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, please allow up to 7 working days.
Please note:
Orders may arrive in multiple deliveries and not necessarily all at the same time. Each part of your order may be shipped separately.
To avoid any delays or complications, we strongly advise against booking or beginning any roofing work until your entire order has been delivered and checked.
Important Delivery Information
To ensure smooth delivery, please inform us of any access restrictions at your delivery location, such as weight limits, height barriers, or parking constraints. Failure to do so may result in delayed or cancelled deliveries and could incur additional charges.
All deliveries are kerbside only, to firm, level ground, and are made at the driver's discretion.
Collection from Our Depot
We hold limited stock of certain items at our depot, including:
3.05m, 4.58m, and 6.1m rolls of EPDM (1.2mm thickness)
A selection of trims, tapes, and adhesives
If you would like to collect your order in person, we kindly request that you contact us first for a quotation before ordering online. You’re also very welcome to visit us at the depot to discuss your requirements.
