FlexiProof Metal Perimeter Drip Edge Trim provides a sleek, professional finish where the FlexiProof One Piece EPDM membrane meets the fascia, while ensuring water is safely directed away from the roof structure.

Expertly engineered from Black Plastisol coated sheet steel, this durable trim features a practical drip return on the underside to prevent water tracking underneath the membrane. It creates a watertight junction at roof edges where the roof perimter meets the gutter edge helping to protect your flat roof from long-term water damage.

Each drip trim features a 10mm drip return at the bottom edge and a 40mm fixing arm at the top for secure, effective installation. You can select from a variety of drip face depths.

We offer delivery of our EPDM roofing products to all Mainland UK postcode regions on a 1 to 5 working day basis. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, please allow up to 7 working days.

Please note:

Orders may arrive in multiple deliveries and not necessarily all at the same time. Each part of your order may be shipped separately.

To avoid any delays or complications, we strongly advise against booking or beginning any roofing work until your entire order has been delivered and checked.

Important Delivery Information

To ensure smooth delivery, please inform us of any access restrictions at your delivery location, such as weight limits, height barriers, or parking constraints. Failure to do so may result in delayed or cancelled deliveries and could incur additional charges.

All deliveries are kerbside only, to firm, level ground, and are made at the driver's discretion.

We hold limited stock of certain items at our depot, including:

3.05m, 4.58m, and 6.1m rolls of EPDM (1.2mm thickness)

A selection of trims, tapes, and adhesives
