The FAKRO EPV Flashing Kit is specially designed for installing FAKRO roof windows in roofs covered with non-interlocking plain tiles or shingles up to 16mm thick (2 x 12–16mm). Suitable for individual window installations, this kit ensures a secure, weatherproof connection between the window and the roof.

Crafted from durable materials, the EPV flashing includes lower, upper, and side elements tailored to the window size. The profiled side elements interlock alternately with the tiles for a tight, precise fit. The first two side modules feature flexible soft sheeting for easy shaping to the roof profile, while the lower element has an underside plastic mat for strong adhesion to the tile surface.

A built-in gutter flap ensures efficient drainage of condensation away from the window, improving durability and performance.

Measuring Guide

All measurements are displayed width x length and it is important that you leave a 10mm gap all the way around the window when fitting, this is for things like flashing and insulation.

For example, if you had a 78x98cm window, the opening in the roof would need to be 80x100cm. We would recommend contacting a qualified builder or window fitter to measure your space before purchasing.
