Ideal for fitting individual windows on slated roofs with pitches ranging from 15° to 90°, this flashing kit provides excellent weatherproofing and long-lasting performance.

The ELV Flashing Kit includes precision-made lower, upper, and side elements tailored to your window's height. The side elements integrate seamlessly with your slates, while the lower flashing features a flexible plastic mat underside to mould closely to the roof for a tidy and secure seal.

A built-in top gutter channels condensation safely away from the window, protecting your installation and your property.

All Fakro roof windows and accessories are delivered directly to your chosen address throughout mainland UK by Fakro GB Ltd.

Measuring Guide

All measurements are displayed width x length and it is important that you leave a 10mm gap all the way around the window when fitting, this is for things like flashing and insulation.

For example, if you had a 78x98cm window, the opening in the roof would need to be 80x100cm. We would recommend contacting a qualified builder or window fitter to measure your space before purchasing.
