This "J" style flashing allows your Fakro window to sit 30mm deeper into the roof than standard "V" flashings, offering a more discreet finish.
Suitable for roof pitches between 15° and 90°, the ELJ flashing is crafted to blend beautifully with slated roofs while ensuring excellent weather resistance and durability.
Finished in black (RAL9005) for a clean, unobtrusive look, this recessed flashing is the perfect choice for a refined, flush-fitting window installation.

All Fakro roof windows and accessories are delivered directly to your chosen address throughout mainland UK by Fakro GB Ltd.
Delivery Timescales:
- Standard delivery is typically 2–5 working days from the date of order.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, excluding bank holidays and seasonal holidays.
- Please do not book any contractors or commence installation works until you have received your full order.

Measuring Guide
All measurements are displayed width x length and it is important that you leave a 10mm gap all the way around the window when fitting, this is for things like flashing and insulation.
For example, if you had a 78x98cm window, the opening in the roof would need to be 80x100cm. We would recommend contacting a qualified builder or window fitter to measure your space before purchasing.
