Installation Guidelines:

Select Appropriate Length: Choose the tube washer length based on the insulation thickness, allowing a 15mm tolerance for compression. For instance, a 100mm insulation board requires the TLK-75085 85mm tube washer.

Fastener Selection: Consider the recommended penetration or embedment of the roofing fastener, factoring in the total build-up of the waterproofing system (including membrane, insulation, and vapour control layer). Note that the use of a plastic tube washer reduces the effective fastener length by 20mm.

Example Installation: For mechanically fastening a 100mm insulation to a timber substrate, use TLK-75085 along with EDS-H-50055 or EDS-B-48060 fasteners.
