Our EPDM Roofing items are delivered to all Mainland UK postcode regions on a 1 to 3 working days basis. Scottish highlands and UK Islands will take a little longer, typically up to 5 working days.

Please be aware that your order may arrive in multiple deliveries and not necessarily all at once. Each part of your order may be delivered separately.

We strongly recommend refraining from booking, scheduling, or commencing any works until you've received your complete materials order. Your satisfaction and seamless project execution are our top priorities.

Aluminium EPDM Termination Bar, an essential component for creating watertight junctions in EPDM roofing installations. Designed to work seamlessly with Water Cut-off Mastic and Lap Sealant, this termination bar ensures reliable waterproofing at upstands or junctions where EPDM membranes meet existing roofing materials like felt.

The Termination Bar securely clamps the EPDM membrane to the substrate, providing a sturdy anchor for waterproofing applications. In situations where it's impractical to create a slot with an angle grinder for weatherproofing upstands, our Termination Bar offers a versatile alternative to traditional methods.

To use, simply insert Water Cut-off Mastic behind the EPDM Membrane and compress it using the Termination Bar. Then, apply Lap Sealant along the top of the termination bar in the provided angled slot to complete the waterproof seal.
