The Double Pantile Roof Tile Vent with 110mm Pipe Adaptor is for ventilating roof spaces, loft voids, and soil pipe terminations. It also allows connection to mechanical extraction systems such as kitchen and bathroom fans, making it a versatile choice for both new builds and refurbishment projects.
Designed to replace a single roof tile, this vent integrates seamlessly into your roofline while maintaining a secure and weather-resistant fit. Built-in fixing clips ensure the tile remains firmly in place once installed.
Compatible with a wide range of double pantile concrete interlocking roof tiles, including Marley Mendip, Redland Grovebury, Redland Landmark Double Pantile, Sandtoft Double Pantile, Russell Pennine and Quinn Locherne, this vent offers excellent flexibility across many roofing applications.
Manufactured from UV stabilised, high impact styrene, the vent is built to withstand long-term exposure to the elements without compromising performance.
