Delivery Information

Coverage: Mainland UK only.
Carrier: Delivered direct by Ariel Plastics Ltd.
Lead time: Typically 3–5 working days.
Delivery window: Monday–Friday, 7:00–18:00.
Vehicles: May range from small vans to articulated lorries.

Access & Restrictions:

Please tell us before dispatch about any access limits (low bridges, weight limits, narrow lanes, timed zones, height/width restrictions, no parking, etc.). If a delivery can’t be completed due to unadvised restrictions, it may need to be rearranged with a different vehicle/date. Failed or rescheduled deliveries will incur additional charges.

Damages:

You must inspect on arrival. Note any damage on the delivery note and inform us at the point of delivery. Claims made later without notation may not be accepted.

Returns

Return period: Within 14 days of delivery.

Authorisation: Contact us first for return instructions and the correct return address.

Where to return: Do not return items to our depot. Returns sent to our depot will have to be forwarded to the correct address and will incur additional fees.

Return carriage: Paid by the customer. We can arrange collection (chargeable) or you may use your own insured carrier.

Condition: Goods must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in original packaging.

Fees: Restocking fees apply to all returns. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
