We want to ensure you have all the necessary details regarding the delivery of your order. Please read the following information carefully before placing your purchase.
Important Considerations:
Size & Weight: Profiled sheets and flashings are long, heavy, and prone to damage if not handled correctly. This is reflected in the delivery costs and criteria.
Order Accuracy: We strongly urge you to double-check all details before ordering, including lengths, quantities, colours, and sizes. Once your order is placed and processing has begun, no changes can be made.
Delivery Timescale
Standard delivery is typically 4 - 10 working days, but this may be extended depending on your location or order volume.
If there are delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery Vehicles & Access Restrictions
Deliveries are made using large and extra-large rigid or articulated heavy goods vehicles. It is your responsibility to notify us of any delivery restrictions that may prevent or delay the delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:
Weight or height restrictions.
Time-restricted roads.
Limited access for large vehicles.
Failure to inform us of such restrictions may result in a failed delivery. If materials need to be returned to the manufacturer and re-delivered, additional charges will apply for redelivery. Any unreasonable waiting time is also chargeable.
Unloading Responsibilities
Mechanical unloading is NOT included. The driver will assist with manual unloading, but you must be present to help.
Unloading is your responsibility and at your own risk.
We strongly advise following health and safety guidelines, including wearing suitable clothing and protective gloves to prevent cuts or grazes from sharp edges.
