Delivery:

Hexatherm is typically delivered within 5 to 15 working days. Delivery of Hexatherm XRoof is made using large rigid or extra-large articulated heavy goods vehicles equipped with a tail lift and pump truck. Please note that offloading is to the roadside only.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please inform us of any road restrictions that may prevent or limit the vehicle from reaching your location. Failure to do so could result in an incomplete delivery. If the delivery is failed, refused, or if no one is present to receive it, the delivery may be terminated. In such cases, additional costs will apply for a second delivery and any necessary storage fees.

Different vehicle types and unloading options are available on request at an additional cost. Please contact us directly for further information.

Returns & Refunds:

Returns are accepted as long as the insulation is unused, good condition and remains in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return. Once we receive the returned insulation, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the outcome. If the return is approved, a 35% restocking fee will be applied. Please note that delivery fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
