The Castleflex Dflect Rubber Promenade Tile 1000mm x 1000mm x 25mm are a durable,  rubber paving tile designed for roof terraces, balconies, walkways, play areas and other high-traffic environments. Manufactured by Castle Composites from premium recycled rubber granulate, these interlocking tiles provide a safe, resilient and environmentally friendly flooring solution.

Each tile measures 1000mm x 1000mm with a 25mm thickness and is moulded with a four-tile appearance, creating the look of smaller paving slabs while significantly reducing installation time. Available in Carbon Black, Rustic Red, Forest Green and Charcoal Grey, the Castleflex Dflect range delivers both outstanding performance and an attractive contemporary finish.

Designed with an interlocking pin system, the tiles are laid in a brick bond pattern, creating a large floating mat. This reduces the need for adhesives, requiring adhesive only around the outside edge where no perimeter restraint exists. The result is a faster, more economical installation that also allows easy access to inspect the roof or substrate beneath if required.

The underside of every tile features integrated drainage channels, allowing rainwater to flow freely and helping to prevent standing water. Dflect tiles have also been independently tested to EN 1177, making them suitable for applications where impact attenuation and critical fall height performance are important.
