C100 GRP Simulated Lead Cover Flashing Trim.
C100 Simulated Lead Flashing, a modern alternative to traditional lead flashing. Featuring a dark grey, non-adhesive finish that closely resembles the appearance of lead, this preformed trim is designed to seamlessly replace lead flashing.
The Flashing Trim is crafted to slot into the brickwork, requiring a 25mm chase between two brickwork courses for the return to be securely set into place. It is advisable to apply some sealant or mortar to open the chase once the trim is installed.
The C100 trim is available in 1.5m and 3m lengths, allowing you to choose the size that best suits your project's requirements, providing flexibility and convenience.
For added convenience and a polished finish, consider purchasing C7 Internal & External Corner Pieces designed specifically for this trim.
Apply polyurethane adhesive to the back of the C trim every 300mm. Fit the trim into the slot and press firmly back to the wall to overlap the D trim. To ensure a watertight seal, apply a clear silicone sealant along the length of the trim into the slot.
Sold as a single length as selected.
