Castle Composites PU Promenade Tile Adhesive is a high-performance bonding adhesive specifically engineered for fixing Castile GRC promenade tiles to a wide range of flat roof surfaces. Supplied in a convenient 1-litre bottle with nozzle, this expanding moisture-cure adhesive provides a strong, reliable and flexible bond—even in damp or humid conditions.

Designed for use on bituminous felt roofs, sanded asphalt and most flat roof substrates, this PU adhesive expands during curing to create firm, even support beneath each tile. Unlike rigid cement-based adhesives, it maintains a degree of flexibility once cured, allowing for natural thermal and structural movement without compromising adhesion.

One bottle will bond approximately 50 tiles or 5m², making it a practical and economical choice for both small and large roofing or balcony surfacing projects.

Application Notes

• Cut the nozzle at the marked point to create a 3–4mm bead.
• Apply adhesive exactly as instructed to ensure correct expansion and performance.
• Avoid applying too close to tile edges—excess adhesive may rise between joints as it expands.
• If expansion occurs, allow the adhesive to fully dry before trimming excess with a craft knife and removing residue with wire wool.
